First of all, the only reason I still go here is because it's so close. My sister and I had our nails done here and it was rather quick. But the lady who works there is rude af. I could hear her getting snappy with my sister (who is partially deaf and special needs) and I had to step in. This woman needs to learn PROFESSIONALISM. And then had the audacity to ask if I would like to pay before I was finished. If you come here with a special needs child, BE AWARE. I hope she reads this because we don't play those type of games around here.

I came in asking for shellac polish. They sent me to the dip powder area. I kept asking was it shellac and if it was $17 they kept saying yes. I asked if they had swatches so i could see what the colors looked like and they acted like they didnt know what i was talking about. When they were done with my nails, i went to pay thinking it was $17 and they lady said it was $30. I asked why and she said bc i had dipped powder and i told her i asked for shellac and asked multiple times and they said yes. She said it was $30 because i had dipped powder AGAIN and i asked to speak with the guy who did my nails and the guy was just sitting down on his tablet and she was just staring at me like i was stupid. They did not try to solve the problem or anything. I told her id go get my card from my car bc i knew she was not going to charge me what they had told me in the beginning and i only had $25 cash. She had an attitude and said "just give me the  $25". These people are rude and do not try to solve the misunderstandings. The guy who did my nails did not even come to talk to me. He just sat down acting like he did not know what i was talking about. Do not waste your time coming to this place. It is the first and DEFFINITIVELY my last time coming here.

They get one star cause they no English need English speaking people and they service suck real bad little girl gets nails done and two hour later no nail done anymore. Just thought I would let y'all know that I was making fun of them cause my two little girls got their nails done and with in an hour the polish and stuff came right off and one of the little girls is a special needs child would not send anyone here
