8/25/15   Had a most pleasant experience.   Picked up in Brooklyn after a doctor's appt.  with Dr. Jeffrey Rubin at 1660 E. 14th Street  exactly on time at 1;30 PM by an access-a-ride car.   The driver's name was Bruce.   He was polite,  amiable, helpful in entering and leaving the car.   He was an excellent driver as well.    I can't say enough about how pleased we were.   We commend access-a-ride for choosing such wonderful people to help older folks.
I am over 90 years old.

The worst service !!! Drivers Always late, rude , impolite , and the dispatchers are incompetents and discourteous

reckless driving speeding no signals swerving in out of traffic #4585 was the #on the van I know if I ever need a ride I sure won't b using them !
