Story

The Queens County Farm Museum is a 47-acre working farm dating back to 1697. The site includes a landmark farmhouse, glass greenhouse, and restored barns which provide us with a glimpse into our agrarian past. Its rich glacial soil, which attracted European settlers in the 17th century, has been continuously cultivated using sustainable practices, to this day providing people with the freshest food. We invite you to enjoy this New York City treasure, where historic structures, productive fields, livestock and busy beehives bring agricultural history to life!

Maybe I missed the hidden magic everyone seems to find here. Went mainly for the pumpkin picking. They are robbing your money! Go anywhere else. Charged $20 for a pumpkin that clearly fit in the $10 hole. Besides that no pumpkin should be $20. Also the petting zoo is a cruel joke. If you do go here go for the empanadas. They are over priced but delicious.

I have been going for 20+ years! Always have fun at this farm. There is so much to do and perfect for kids. The annual fair is a must for everyone. They also sell produce which is grown on the farm and it's delicious. Purchase the annual membership and most events are free. You won't be disappointed!

Corn maze is very well done. The other customers can make it painful though. The unsupervised kids running through are a pain. Did the evening tour and they were out of everything to eat. No cider or other stuff left. At night the only thing still going is the maze. Maze was fun, staff was good. Just needed more of the place open.

Corn mazes, petting zoo, hay rides, fresh apple cider. Oh, and roasted corn. Amazing delicious corn. Good for children of all ages, especially younger ones. I've been going here since I was a toddler too. All out doors. This is for the fall season of course.

Love this place. Very cheap/free. Very good for toddlers and younger children. The gift shop has actual stuff you want. They sell farm fresh eggs but sell out quickly and have a farmer's market in the summer.
