This bank needs to update its ATM machines. They have an old machine that does not return your debit card to you before you receive your money. As I am not accustomed to this style of machine, the ATM sucked my card back in as I was counting out my withdrawal, which was half of my rent payment (have to take it out over two separate days as it is over withdraw minimums). I was about to leave for two weeks, and now I have to drive an hour to my bank on my last day here with an already overloaded schedule to avoid being evicted. My bank is not local and it is highly inconvenient for me to travel to the nearest branch to have my card reissued and retrieve the rest of my rent. I was just about to go to this bank and inquire about setting up an account, but I am very definitely not going to give this bank my business now.

Small Town yes.  But this IS A BANK of and for THE PEOPLE!!!
