I've tried getting into a healthy lifestyle countless times in my life. This is the first time I have ever been this dedicated. That is 100% thanks to the education James, Jaime and their team provide in regard to fitness & nutrition, as well as the friendly, personable and welcoming environment they provide. I am down almost 50 pounds since starting in January, with no sign of slowing down. I have gained good friends as well as improving my health, and for that I am so grateful. What more could you ask for?

James and Jaime are amazing at what they do and I would highly recommend anyone to check them out.  I've always struggled with weight and their constant positivity and encouragement helps keep me on track.  Without them and quench I would not be so accountable and would not be as knowledgeable regarding a healthy lifestyle.  Keep up the good work and definitely worth checking out if in need of a gym!

Can't  say enough good things about Quench Fitness. Everyone is super supportive.The classes are always challenging  you to achieve your goals. Definitely would highly recommend

This gym is not like any I've been too, I love the classes and workouts they have! Jaime and James and the Quench Team are very personable and supportive. 😊

James is the man when it comes to fitness. His kettle bell skills are super impressive. Although I am not a client there (hah obviously) I have heard so many great things about his gym and I know for a fact he runs his business with 100% dedication to his clients and their success. Highly recommend this place
