charged me $50 for $15 worth of gas. I called and spoke with the owner and he said there is nothing he can do about it and to call my bank and yell at them. I said "Why would I yell at them? They didn't do anything, your employee authorized a $50 charge on my card" and he just said he is at home and doesn't know how to release an authorization and that hopefully the money will go back. I have never ever encountered a business owner who didn't know the basics of voiding card transactions, but it sounded more like he just didn't want to be bothered.
