As a business owner I always looking for a better alternatives in order to have all my equipment up and running somebody tell me about this “repair place” so I bring one of my Augers , BAD DECISION ! This people take 1 whole month just for diagnostic the problem on my equipment then they call me and give an estimate for the repair 45 days later and after too many phone calls trying to find out the status of my equipment and or course for obvious reasons so frustrated the lady who normally answer the phone always was so rude and she never understand that as a customer I deserve respect! Any way finally my machine “was fixed” and oh surprise when I bring the amount of money that this people quote me they asking for more “because we make a mistake in the amount of hours on the repair” almost $ 300.00 more for a mistake that this people make! 2 months later I stop by again because “with a brand new engine” my machine is broken again just to find out that they don’t honor any warranty. So please save yourself a very bad experience run away from this people/place!

Dishonest billing. Billed me for pressure washing a hedge trimmer with 15 minutes of use on it. It was extremely clean/new condition when I dropped it off.
