I have never been disappointed with my experience when visiting Quest in Austintown. I work full time (40 hrs. a week). I have never had a problem getting my blood tested every 6 months with their hours. I'm glad they're open on Saturday from 7-10. This gives me time to go when I can't make it during the week. The person working there is quick and very pleasant. I arrived at 7:10am, she had already had 3 patients ahead of me, and I was out of there by 7:25. I think the last review you got was very unfair!

I followed my clients father here to get his daughters blood drawn and they were closed after he called and they told him that they were open until 7:30pm. Lights are on but doors locked and the time says they close at noon! Thats alot different than 7:30pm!!!!

First time at Quest. Went for a drug screening. Only one person working there. She was nice, a little rushed but understandable since the place was full. Waiting time was about 20 minutes. The phone kept ringing and the answering  machine would pick up since there was no one at the front desk, you could hear perfectly the messages left by the people, which I think jeopardizes the patients privacy rights...

This place is horrible. First off, their hours of operation are almost impossible to meet if you have a job or a life in general. Seriously, a 'business' that is only open until noon during the week and 10am on Saturday? Secondly, they almost never answer the phone; you're met with a recording that states their hours and a number to call for results. They are slow and obviously understaffed, every time I have had to go here, there is no one sitting at the reception desk. And if you show up for a drug screen; be prepared to try and make a time window of either 3 hours or an hour and a half.

Arrived with 1 person in front of me and was out in 10-15 min and that was including insurance card and copay time. Technician was very friendly and professional.
