I have done countless transactions here and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is looking for a quick loan or to buy a gift for a special occasion. Fast service, wonderful staff, and their deals are better than most. My favorite would have to be their layaway program. That way I can make payments on items I want if I can't afford it all up front. 5/5 Would do business again!

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. They are filled with empty words of promise. They promise to give you better evaluation on next items brought in but never do. They start closing up shop 10 mins before closing and close and lock door by 6:55. I walk into the store at 6:57 to pay off a loan IN FULL and they say sorry they balanced out already. They're more focused on getting home than providing that great customer service they say they have. They hold signs out deceiving the neighborhood that they're going out of business but word playing in small fine print to make you think you're getting a good deal when you're not. Stores like Value Pawn provide 10x the customer service than this place does. They cut you low on evaluations, smells bad inside, and the pregnant lady is extremely rude. Better off not coming to this place.

Awesome place! The employees were nice and fair on the pricing place was clean and they had so much cool stuff! Will be back often

I'm giving a 5 star simply for the customer service. I needed to pawn a few things, but unfortunately my items aren't worth enough for me to be able to do so. I was greeted upon entering & service was definitely friendly & respectful.
