The machine I used wouldn't accept some of the quarters I had put in from the change machine. Couple TVs on for entertainment, also a couple arcade games, one of which wasn't working. My height prohibits me playing the other... As I walked in, I noticed someone sweeping, when I got closer to look for the change machine I got no greeting, not even a hi by the lady sweeping. Maybe didn't see me but still... Seems like a decent place to go to if your dryer at home fails like mine did... Just noticed the water stained ceiling tiles and a vent is about to fall... Looks like there are working security cams. Candy maching seems decently priced but the can soda (pop to some) seems a bit high but since I get them for half at my work, this one here might be decent too... Parking is great today however it's not this company's fault the lines need to be repainted...

I own a laundromat in Phoenix and stop by to look at other laundromats from time to time.  This laundromat has little to no machines out of order, an attendant on duty and is clean.  In all, this laundromat is way above average compared to the other laundromats I have visited.  Most laundromats are dirty, have a lot of machines out of order and there is no attendant anywhere if you have a problem.

Terrible customer service. Wont be back. Employee turned me and my daughter away at 8:50pm (edited due to typo) 10mins before last wash has to be started. Very rude. Well no worries, we will not be back. The place was almost empty and I know it's easier to just turn away customers so everyone can go home on time but very rude.

Nice and clean. It's usually busy on the weekends but thats ok. The lady there is so friendly and very helpful. One machine took my quarters without registering so she kindly refunded me.
