This place is horrible. They are really RUDE to there clients and think they can talk to them any way they want. They think that they can just do what ever they want. I tried to make my payment today the payment that says that is the total amount due right now and they refused my payment. They told me that I had to pay my balance that I couldn't just pay the payment. I have paid them every single month. I have been late by a day or two due to pay day but they have been paid and now they are refusing payment. I told them to take me to court and I will tell the judge and show the judge where they refused to take my monthly payment. The same monthly payment I have made for the past six months. Erin is the manager and she is the main one that thinks she can speak to people how ever she pleases so if you talk to her you need to let her know you are not the one that will let her talk to you anyway. We are all people and she isn't any better than the rest of us. She looks down on everyone that comes in there like she is better than us but guess what its not your money its not your company you are just the manager you are no different than the rest of us. See you In court. And after I try to make a payment and they refuse it. I even gave them my card number the CCV number on the back and everything told them to take the money out and they are the ones that told me I had to pay 30 dollars more than my monthly payment and that I couldn't just pay my monthly payment so they refused my payment or they would have taken it out of my bank and now they are really calling me Monday morning to tell me I need to make a payment. I don't think so I tried to pay you stuck up POS people and you are the ones that refused to take my monthly amount due out of my account even after I gave you all of the information to do so and the permission so if you think you have a case take me to court I will welcome the opportunity to show a judge how you refused my payment. STOP CALLING ME

Literally the rudest people EVER! Will call and harass everyone you put down as a reference when you’re only 4 days past!! Would put 0 if I could!!!’ Posting on my friends account because I don’t have a google account! But I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Got a loan here and right after i lost my job unexpectedly they are indeed the rudest people ever beating on people door like the police my landlord said I might live here and owe them but your how property and after yesterday and today next time they come he going to escort them off his property banging on my door like the police just because my car is out there, I AM NOT HOME I'M WITH A FRIEND GIVING ME A RIDE TO DOCTOR y'all are a loan place not a title loan with y'all never once in my life has any other loan place came to my house crazy people wish I'd never gotten a loan from them EVER
