I got my hair done a week ago, a style I've had done MANY times b4.....after 1 week...it looked like my hair had been done for a month! I take care of my hair after it's done.....so there's no way it should look a month old after having it done for 1 week. I addressed this issue with the owner and all I got were excuses. I'm a regular customer....well after today....i  used to be......i should get more than excuses. She offered a redo, but I no longer feel comfortable coming back and allowing anybody to fix my hair  when all I got were ridiculous excuses as to why my hair looks a month old after having it done a week ago. My daughter had the same issue....she got box braids....hair started coming out after almost 2 weeks. Again....we're both regular customers.....and all I got were excuses. NEVER AGAIN!!

When I want braids This is my #1 Go To👌😍 I appreciate the customer service they have. This particular visit I had to wait awhile but they were so kind- thanking me for being patient & apologizing everytime they thought they were hurting me lol. I'm pleased as usual with my style & stylist. See you in a month! Bee Bee

They braid absolutely too tight, my scalp is swollen and is getting scabs because they braided my scalp into the braids😒

The ONLY place I get my hair done. They have been doing my protective styles since my big chop. They are very flexible with time and work together to get me out in and out. I've ALWAYS loved the end result of their work. My stylist checks in with me frequently while I'm getting my hair done to see if I'm ok. I've never been there more than 3 hours. I've gotten Marley twists, faux locks, feed-in braids, goddess braids, and crochet twists done. If I had any concerns the owner addressed them directly. One situation she drove around to 7 BSS to help me find the hair I wanted because they didn't offer that type. I'm natural and my hair has grown tremendously since I've been going to them. I love this shop.
