We got our vehicle through Southeast Ford and use Quick Lane for all our service needs, from a-z. They've always been fast and reliable. We've always been treated with respect. They communicate with the customer and always kept us informed on anything needing attention.
Recently, July 2017, we went in to get the throttle body replaced on our 2013 Jeep Patriot. The final cost was exactly what we had been quoted. The job was done in the time frame we were told. Kelsi was very helpful as always. Steven went above and beyond by bringing the vehicle under the awning for me to get in! 
August 2017, oil change time. Without an appointment, was in an out! Perfect service as usual!

People here are always friendly and helpful. Rarely have to wait to get my vehicle in for an oil change or regular maintenance.

Very slow service, on other cars in front of me and it took over an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation. Did not do a proper tire rotation, just moved the front tires to the back and the back to the front. Did not move the back left to the front right and the back right to the front left and vice versa. Sad for the size of the building and nice waiting room. Staff spent more time standing around the lady at check in than working on the vehicles that are on line to be serviced.
