Love this brand and have become used to their high standards. Maybe on this particular visit on this particular day at this particular location they were having an off day.

Went to the men's room to wash my hands, they were out of soap. Bought a salad, there was no salad dressing left. Looked for a fork to eat my salad with, nothing but spoons in the whole store. Staff told me they were all out of forks.

Only reason this isn't a single star is because staff were exceptionally friendly and pleasant.

When I Went I Seen A Cook With Out A Hair  Net And when I was Eating My Food It Was Hair Strands In My Food And The Hairs Were Blonde And Brown .But My Hair Is Black .Talk About Eww And Discugting
