I travel many parts of Charlotte for work but I frequent this gas station, almost, on a daily basis. This has station sits at the corner of an intersection in a high traffic area. Staff is quite friendly, they're great at multitasking and getting people in & out. They also work to keep the outwardly appearance of the establishment looking nice and inviting. Shelves are always stocked, it's never hard to find what you're looking for. The restrooms could be cleaner, they're hit or miss. Sometimes, they look spotless, other times it looks like a hurricane came through. Aside from that, I gave the establishment 3 stars because on many occasions, what usually remains the same are panhandlers. They walk from customer to customer asking for money. They're usually there on your next visit.

Seriously the worst QT ever!  They need to replace the entire staff. A staff member at every door smoking. Bathrooms are revolting. Huge line! Ordered a bagel sandwich,the receipt printer was hanging out of the counter and the guy gave me my sandwich with the egg still nearly frozen. I am on the road a lot and QT is normally very reliably clean and well managed. I go out of my way to find them when out and about if I need gas or anything else. Def will not be back to this one.

This is a ranking for Adam H who was far more interested in emptying out trash bins  than answering a simple "Excuse me, do you carry..." .
 He didn't even look in my direction as he said, "She'll help you..".and jerked his head toward the young black woman at the register----where a full dozen people were waiting to check out. (I counted).  I replied, "Not with a dozen people in line" at which time he stopped what he was doing and went to the other register and continued to ignore me blatantly.  A quick yes or no about their tobacco products. Not a real brain crusher. 

This store was impressive to begin with, and has apparently gone downhill since it opened. Their biggest product now seems to be attitude.

Decent place. Kitchen only gets orders right about 30% of the time so make sure you check it before leaving. Went back to fix the order and was given the pictured bagel.
