QT is the best gas station stop hands down. I don't consider Bucky's a gas station, it's something more. As more businesses limit their hours of operation to earlier and earlier times thanks to The 19 we can always count on QT to be open 24 hours a day. I'm a huge fan of QuikTrip, normally the only gas station I go to if I can help it. They are clean, quick service, and generally clear of the trouble a lot of gas stations seem to attract.... Except for this location. Visited November 6th Sunday at 2pm in the afternoon. There were at least 12 vagrants that I counted on the property, and not just the harmless kind minding their own business. I was only there for a couple minutes, but was approved TWICE for money, and some guy trying to sell me a window wash. The window wash guy was aggressive at my "no thank you" response and continued to verbally harass me until I left. QuikTrip needs to get on it and clean up that location ASAP, there's no excuse for them to allow people to solicite services on their property and harass people just trying to get gas and leave.
Had to drive miles and pass up about 10 other convenient stores because QT is the ONLY place that I can find the drink that I am obsessed with and the cigarettes I buy are less expensive here too. Staff has always been kind and helpful. To be honest, I can't get gas without being asked for cash from someone or multiple people. Which if I had l wouldn't mind giving, but when broke, it is really kinda annoying when getting asked gets eye rolls and curse words yelled in my direction.
Oh my god, the homeless population here is on another level. I can’t come here with my family, or during daylight hours. It’s just unsafe and scary. Staff don’t run the homeless off so I’d avoid this QT unless you like giving out money to crack heads. And the facilities are awful. This place is the stand alone champ of worst QTs in all of North Texas
Great staff and always have what I need. The homeless is a problem and there is really nothing that they can do about it.
Great place it is expected to have a lot of business and be crowded at times. I notice when they are crowded any sales associate that isn't pre occupied with another task is more than happy to help jump on a register and knock the line down. Their breakfast is on point. The roller grill is usually stocked very well regardless of the time of day. They have 20 pumps so gas is quick. Hmm what else Oh they have a Amazon drop box very convenient. The parking lot is huge and it's well lit also the police station is right next door so the homeless folks really is not an issue. The reason I rate four stars and not five is customer service. Yes they are fast I understand that but when nobody is in line you don't have to rush me out the door like 30 people are behind me. Slow it down don't greet me and dismiss me at the speed of light. Ask me how my day went you never know I could be a secret shopper
This is located near JPS and lots of homeless are always in and around it. It's always very busy and usually dirty. If you need gas stop and get it but I would NOT recommend getting fountain drinks or food here.
You always no what to expect from a person that works at QT. In being polite asking if ya found everything is this all ya need and that one good spoken greating to start the day of thank you for your time see ya again real soon we hope love that thanks friends and the coffee is anyway you want it as long as they have what ya need always hot food to get that belly going soda of many flavors and so much donuts and cookies geesh would be nice to have its own bakery
3 stars to the guy who made my sandwich and did his job in a timely fashion, the black girl working with him talks TOOOOOOOO much. And gave me a small cup for my frappe when I ordered a large. No man. I will never go back even if I live across the street from you guys. Again thanks to the guy he deserved all the stars.
For a man's bathroom only two toilets and you got two men outside waiting for them... oh dear God why you want accidents to happen... do you give you know what? It's bad man you need more bathroom stalls. I've seen places with bigger facilities and you stick it in the middle of town where they needed the most hahaha where's the logic dang
