The most pathetic hotel I have stayed in at the age of 65 yrs. 
I travel a lot, but this was really bad.
Certainly not value for money. Probably the most expensive price paid for a hotel to date.
Asked for a wake-up call and they forgot.
No tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Mattress was poking with springs and had to ask them to change.
Dialled “0” from the room on a Saturday, and was told the person at the standard comes in only at 0830 hrs.
Restaurant, service very poor and food overpriced.

Internet access should not be an additional. AC thermostat not so accurate. Everything else, excellent.

Great place for breakfast, the structure of the building is amazing. although I wouldn't stay for the night. Rooms are too dark with old fashioned decoration. had a really bad experience with the Salon, which you def don't expect on a 5 star hotel.
