Wife and I had a very frustrating experience with this store. I ordered a kids furniture set back in April being told I would get maximum three weeks after. A month went by and I called the store to be told the furniture would never come in because it was backed ordered. I asked for my money back and was offered another furniture set from a "newer" catalog and was told it would arrive by June 9. My husband called June 9 and was told we were never given that date that it would get here by June 23. June 21 we called to make sure the furniture would get here by the 23 and were told yes. June 23 came by and we did not get anything. Thankfully we were able to get our money back that day. We went to Ashley's the same day and got our furniture set in four days. It's frustrating when people say they will call you back and never do and their excuse is that they just have too much going on. All we got was NO NO NO!! I can't do 0 stars or else I would have.

Customer service was very professional. I'm extremely happy with the entire experience. The quality of the products is excellent at fantastic prices. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy good quality furniture to stop by this store.

had my furniture delivered yesterday and the delivery crew was 100% professional. received my furniture in great conditions, I would recommend it to anyone. Great quality and great service, plus I got a free recliner . thank you
