In the beginning everything seemed great. I had move to another state a couple weeks prior to having to empty my apartment in Jersey and Quirk worked with me allowing a family member pick up the truck since my travels back to Jersey would be after they closed for the day. The day of was a mess. I was originally told I only had the truck for 24 hours so I had to make plans with people on a limited schedule and I had to drive to a different state that is a 2 hour drive (the day of found out it was a 2 day rental), I was quoted at $232 plus a $5 fee plus tax (the day of I was charge for an extra $34 on what I did not want and found it there actually was 2 seperate tax fees) I placed all my credit card information in with the receptionist to hold the truck and it was confirmed 2 other times before pick up everything was in the system to charge the total to my card the day of pick up by my family member (day of they told my brother they had nothing in the system and my brother had to use his money), I advised them that my family didn't know my new area so I specifically told them my drop off location and I was told they will mark it in the system then the day of they will choose the location I wished for (the day of my brother was told they didn't know where I wanted drop off to be and they sent me to a different town), and I left a message on their system this last Saturday and Tuesday asking for them to call me back regarding this and in have not had a call back. They were quick last week to call me back when they knew money was coming out of it but now since they got the payment they aren't calling.
