Wife and I went in from the rain, no greeting, 3 females on duty,  One took our order, and made it (no issue  there?). The other female was slicing meat and was working from the time we went in until we left. The cashier presented herself as if we were a              inconvenience and after taking my money turned away. We had to reach over the counter to get our food. The girl that made our food sat on a stool and played on the Internet (clothing). We can see what she was surfing. And of course we left after eating. Food was good but customer service just sucked.

Went in at 1230 on a saturday. One young guy working. Customers lined up. Phone ringing off the hook. Waited 15 minutes without even having my order taken. Kid said he was not the only one there. Well no lunch for me today gotta go back to work. Thanks for nothing.

Terrible! Walked in an it smelled like stinky arm pits . Floors were not clean and bathrooms needed help too. They were out of turkey which is for most of the sandwiches and out of pulled pork also the raspberry lemonade did not taste right. My sandwich was terrible tasting ! The main manager should make sure the store is cleaned throughout and sanitized.

Foods great, service is great aswell. Don't know why they have a low rating.
