This is a very nice theater.  It's in the middle of a small neighborhood, and that really adds to its charm.  It's a lot cheaper than the other places nearby, both ticket prices and concessions.  The seats are comfy, they all recline.  The screens are clear, so the picture looks great.  They even offer $1 kids movies during the summer. 

 My only knock on this theater is the sound.  If you get used to seeing movies at the big chains, you'll notice a huge difference.  The audio quality just isn't there.  It's not enough to ruin the experience, but your superhero movies just don't have the same impact without the booming sound.  This is more of a nitpick, but it's something I notice every time I go.

I have always loved this little movie theater in the heart of Arbutus but now that they have remodeled, it is even better! I mean, who doesn't want to sit in fully reclining love seats while watching movies? The only downside to this theater is that it only has (I think) 4 screens, so showtimes and movie selections can be tricky. But being such a small theater is also what gives it its appeal, too. Five dollar Tuesday have become a new, cheap date night for us. Even if it's not a movie you REALLY want to see, it's only five bucks and it's something to do to breakup the work week.

It is a quaint little cinema hall with multiple theaters tucked away in a quiet part of town. They have multiple movies running ask the time and have very reasonable ticket prices; even more so if you are a student with a valid id card (ticket will have to be booked on site I think). The seating quality is far better than what you would expect for the price. Food is, well..... , theater food. But still, the entire experience is reminiscent of the American cinema experience of old days gone by; girl on your arm and ticket in your hand. Even the front doors match that decor.

A lovely little cinema  with comfy reclining chairs and great ticket prices. Even the front row is pretty comfy to watch from. Seating is reserved and there are only a few screens, but if they're showing the movie I want, I pick this place every time.

Damn cheap and you get electrically adjustable spacious sofas. What more could one ask for? 
Granted it didn't look extremely posh from the outside or even inside. But the essentials needed for a good movie watching​experience was there.
