Hey RJ’s, This was my first time trying this restaurant. When I first walked in, we are able to choose our table where we want to be seated if there’s an open table available. The waitress was friendly, but super busy as well. It was understandable since there wasn’t a lot of people working that day. I ordered the cheeseburger with Cajun fries. This felt like I was back at school eating from the cafeteria. The fries weren’t homemade but store bought. Most of it was store bought items. I don’t agree with the meal prices, even though their menu is all affordable.
We had a late dinner on Wednesday night. The waitress was so sweet and was always on top of keeping us happy. I ordered spaghetti, my hubs had chicken fried steak and eggs and our son had rj's burger. The homestyle fries was bland but the rest of the food was great. Huge servings. The sweet tea a hit. Definitely will go back
It is open 24 hours. It'll serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day. It has daily specials. Wheelchair accessibility: It has handicap parking and entrance.
It is so down home and comfortable you can come here talk to your friends you don't feel judged it's really great. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely in a sweet kids with such respect here I mean it they love when children come in here.
I had an omelette which was okay. Other person had chicken steak dinner which was chowed down quickly. Great location. It was awfully weird, though, because all the Caucasians turned and stared us down when we walked in the door. Despite that, our waitress made us feel welcome. Parking: Lot is big. You would need to look for the other half of it.
I ordered a Loaded Omelet, while my wife ordered Two Eggs. Food was good but our grits was cold. Service was excellent as all the employees were very nice by greeting us and conversating with us. Restaurant appeared clean with people spread out for social distancing. I didn't see anybody wearing a mask, employees or customers, so I guess it is not required here. We will be back to try the lunch menu.
Service depends on who you get. Ask for Mandi. She is awesome and very attentive. Oh and I always usually get the same thing which is number 26 the hamburger steak.Food: 5/5
Ordered mozz sticks to share, I ate french toast and hash browns, hubby had a bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries. Both had sweet tea. With tip it came to $50. That's a bit high for a diner but it was beyond tasty and the waitress was amazing. If only it was another part of town bc I hate going to Shreveport especially Mansfield road!!! Definitely will go back again in the future.
I ordered the liver and onions with baked potato and unsweetened tea. I'm sick to my stomach right now. It was the last meal I ate about 3hrs ago. I did vomit a little. I'm resting now. I won't order that againFood: 1/5
Best omelet that I've ever had! Loaded with bacon. Omelet chingon :D service was good, and everyone was really nice. Props to the cook, definitely made my money worth.Food: 5/5
