Purchased a floor model door here on 6/24 and was told it would be available Tuesday the following week On 6/28 and they would call me when it was ready. I ended up Calling on Friday 7/1 and the door was still not ready but was told that the door would be ready beginning of the following week I called today 7/5 and they said the door is still not ready and it now won't be until the 17th. Purchased a floor model door because I shattered a glass door at my house and needed a quick replacement. Now I'm out $1400 and have to go almost a month with a 6ft x 8ft hole in the side of my house. And with the track record so far I'm not even confident I'll have it the 17th. Not sure what the hold up is. But won't do business here again in the future.

PROS: Good place, knowledgable staff. Reasonably competitive prices. Located on the western side of the Connecticut river. CONS: Not the only home improvement store you'll need to go to in your life. Caters towards contractors more than general public.

Don't go to Home Depot or Lowes, go here. Better product, great selection, awesome people, free delivery. .. the best lumber yard in the area.
