My husband and I had a great experience with RK Smith. Our previous landlords were not flexible on when we could move out. Everyone who works at RK Smith was great at setting us up with showings, answering our questions, and getting us moved into a residence when we needed to move. We ended up having to bring our active toddler with us to the lease signing and they were very understanding to us and kind to our daughter.

Rk Smith does not care about what’s wrong with their properties. If you call to tell them something is wrong, they are pretty rude about it (if they even answer).

This place is horrible....I moved out a property May 2015 before they took ownership and they kept me on the lease when my sister moved in. Now she is being sued/evicted in my name is on it. Mark gone tell me that he couldn't take my name off the lease because she didn't qualify. I went into the office back in December of 2016 to request my name be removed from the lease. I told them i was not a tenant and I was not consigning for her! So they made her reapply told her that she could stay if she paid a extra deposit and that they would remove me....Well now I have to get a lawyer to get out of this mess!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

AWFUL. These people don't get back to you in a timely manner if ever, when you are having a problem. They are rude and don't care about anyone, as long as you pay that's all they care about. Would not recommend!
