Today- I'm make a note to remind me to never use R & L carriers again!
Especially if you or your company rely on your products being delivered to be profitable. 
Terrible customer service, a dispatch supervisor that seems to care very little about you or your customer and for that matter- wether they deliver your pallet or not. And drivers that lie and say they went to a location, or couldn't find a location that anyone with a map or a simple gps could locate.  But R & L dispatch or driver never took initiative to use a cell phone to call the customer or point of contact, nor did they shipper to say "hey we got a problem, what should we do ?"
There are some good trucking companies out there,  that care about the shipper company & the end user, but R & L is not one of them.
