I received the most beautiful diamond engagement ring that was purchased from RP ELLIS Fine Jewelry. The staff was friendly and quick to answer all my follow up questions.  I get multiple comments almost daily on the clarity and cut of my ring. I couldn't be more pleased!

Appallingly poor customer service. I attempted to exchange a piece of jewelry purchased from this store and received as a gift. I am unable to visit the store as I live in another state. The store owner promised to exchange the item and send pictures of other items he had in stock for me to chose from. He has not lived up to his promise. I have made several phone calls to the store and most of the time no one answers the phone. The one time I received an answer the salesman was unhelpful and seemed rushed to get off the phone. I do not feel comfortable mailing back the jewelry for a refund or exchange because I don't feel confident I wouldn't be ripped off. I am very disappointed.

My fiancé and I had been looking for engagement rings for a while and really enjoyed our experience at RP Ellis. We'll be purchasing our wedding bands here soon too! My ring is a sapphire band which I've had for close to a year now and I love it, great quality, great fit. It's perfect.

Can't thank Rich and staff enough for helping me find the perfect piece within my budget. This is my third puchase from R.P. Ellis Fine Jewelry and won't be my last; quality and attention to detail continues to be unmatched by other specialty shops I have done business with.

I would not recommend going to this place at all. Of course, this is just my opinion. 
I am 23 years old, I look younger, but that shouldn't matter. I, immediately felt like I was being looked down at and not taken seriously. I came in looking for a ring that is similar to one that I found on Brilliant Earth, or to get a custom engagement ring. He told me to  email him the ring and he would get back to me that day or the following. I have not heard anything. Granted, I have taken my money some where else and am super happy!!!!  He did not make me feel welcomed nor did he deliver great customer service. Just because I look young, doesn't mean that I shouldn't be taken seriously. You don't know how much money I have, or am willing to spend. He missed out on a big sale! 
Like I said, I would not recommend this place. You shouldn't dismiss a customer, period.
