At 9pm we noticed that we had an issue with an overflowing toilet....called Roto-Rooter and the plumber, Miguel, was with us in under an hour. Miguel worked very hard to free our toilet, explaining his steps to me and explaining how my system worked (we just bought the house last week!) Miguel fixed our issue, left our place clean and gave me detailed instructions on how to look after the system. I highly recommend Miguel and Roto-Rooter. Miguel whistled while he worked and was a pleasure to deal with.

Plumber Edwin came right on time, was very friendly a very professional plumber. Knew exactly what the problem was and was done within one hour. I live in Westchester NY and since it was Thanksgiving morning that was great! My guests were coming soon. Second time I have used Roto-Rooter and have been impressed both times!
