My aunt and I watched the Live Auction show this store does, while we were in Brant Lake. We got an amazing ring for just 10 bucks, which was worth about 75 bucks. We won the auction and had to drive to the store and pick it up. I love upstate NY. Friendly people, honest, and hard working.

I am very pleased with Roger and Tom at R&T. I have been in the store with items that I thought were of value and of no value and they were able to steer me in the right direction. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I see the prices of precious metals and they are right at it with their offer to buy. I trust them and would definately recommend you try them out too. (Their new store is amazing! A must see!) You won't be disappointed!

Place for thieves to bring their stolen goods and to buy stolen items. Our community had several thousand dollars stolen from various homes. All of it was taken to R&T Antiques. They accepted it. Once the thieves were caught the thieves told the police where they had pawned the items to get a lesser sentence. When the police went to R&T Antiques they were very uncooperative. They admitted to receiving the items, but told police everything had already been sold, they gave very vague information and took no record of the stolen merchandise nor of the thieves. They did this because they would have to forfeit the stolen items and lose out of money they made. Very shady. They are in this business to rob and steal and if they aren't doing it with their ridiculous pawning prices they are doing it through other thieves. Buyers beware you are most likely purchasing stolen goods.

this place is horrible... everything is over priced not just by a few dollars but by two or three times the total value. the clerks are rude and very condesending. take your money elsewhere and youll be happier for it.
