Lawrence Hospital recommended them to take my aunt who is 93 and had a compressed fracture of her vertebrae,  to a Rehab facility in East Brunswick,  NJ by me. It's normally a 1 hour drive it took the driver 5 hours.  My Aunt let calling from her cell phone saying the driver was loss. I called the company three times and the person named Tommy there said no big deal. Then all of a sudden he stated that my Aunt's charge declined payment. He had her charge from the day before why didn't he run it then.  Then he threatened me if I didn't give him another charge number he was going to bring my Aunt back to Lawrence Hospital.  Meanwhile she was all ready in the ambullete in pain and had to go to the bathroom for hours. Why didn't this driver have GPS? No apologies told me no big deal.  I would like to know how he would have felt if it was him or a family member.  He wouldn't give me any kind of credit he just threatened me. I still can't believe the hospital doesn't look into a ambullete company before they set up discharge with them I also came to find out they were using people's charge numbers in the past.  I read this after the fact on someones review. Please be very careful of this company.
