Customer Service over the top! I was on a driving vacation, my first time ever in Jackson. Needed some help with an unexpected vehicle issue. Rabbit Row Repair could not have been nicer!  They inspected my car on no notice. Made me feel very good to find out that there was nothing needing repair.  RRR offered my local friend who referred me a future discount. 

I expect to be in Jackson again. I'll know exactly where to go if I need vehicle repair or maintenance!

Couldn't have been more helpful and convenient! My friend, dog, and I were on a long ski trip from Washington when our van broke down outside of Jackson. We got a tow in the morning at the crack of dawn. I called Rabbit Row and they snuck me into their jam packed schedule. They were even a mechanic short that day but, they recognized we were in a huge pinch and helped us out big time! The solution turned out to be an easier fix than we hoped for we were back on the road again in time for lunch! They even let the pup hang out in the shop while they did the repair.

Other reviewers have mentioned they were treated like family; that is absolutely the best discription of the kind of treatment you can expect. Paul was unbelievably kind, informative, and helpful. He invested quite a bit of time to help me make a repair in the most economical way when he could have easily charged me a higher price. I’m so grateful for his service and the way I was treated. He went above and beyond to help me out!

Great, friendly, personal local service.  The Rabbit Row Team accurately diagnosed a very serious problem with our Landrover which was indicated by the “engine warning light.”  The vehicle is still under warranty and so Rabbit Row worked with us to send the car to the Landrover dealer in Salt Lake City. The dealer’s service department confirmed Rabbit Row’s diagnosis, but only after a three days in their shop and several misdiagnosis.  This all confirmed that the guys at Rabbit Row do know cars, even better than the maunfacturers’ specialists.  BCN
