Nice people, good tires but, for my vehicle, they don’t know how to balance a tire.
Tried 3 times and it is worse now than before they started.  
The whole story:
Purchased two front tires, Goodyear Kevlar lt235/80R17 load range E.
Job was initial done quite well.  
After a few months. I get a little vibration in the steering wheel indicating it needed the front tires re-balanced.  I got lifetime balance so that is good.
Took it back 3 times giving a week between each due to just been busy. And it is now worse than before they tried to rebalance my tires.  I’m done. I will not return.  Their excuse is. It is all we can do.  Well. If you sell tires, you should be able to balance them.   I will take my business, all my business and my family’s business and friends elsewhere.

Took my truck to the local gm dealer. Had them rebalance my front tires.
They got it perfect. So, it was indeed raben failure to balance properly.

I would recommend calling ahead. They were friendly and helpful. They worked with me on products to find what I could afford, and they worked quickly and efficiently. But like I said, call ahead. They tend to get busy!

Left my car to get new tires because mine were very bad. After an entire day I returned and didn't have new tires. The car hadn't been moved from the space. I was blatantly lied to by a service member who stated he called to get authorization from my fleet company for new tires. He never called them. They log their calls and had received none from that location.  He also lied and said he called me to tell me that my tires weren't going to be changed. I didn't have any missed calls from him. Very disappointed with this lack of service and also with his dishonesty. I hope that this is a fluke and he is the only one like this in the location. Customers deserve better service.

Staff is very friendly and smiles are permanent on their faces.  They're
pretty reasonable on getting you in and out.  The smell of fresh popcorn will leave a lasting impression as it is ready snack while you wait.  Two thumbs up in my book!!!
