Went in to buy some smokes around 4am last week and its the last time Ill go to this racetrac. As soon as I walked in I could hear one of the cashiers talking loudly on her cell phone. I grabbed a Monster and a donut and she stayed on her called despite customers waiting to make their purchase. The entire time I was in the store the other woman, the Hispanic woman, was busting her butt cleaning. When I got to the counter I was explaining which donut I had and she cut me off and told me she knew what she was doing. The whole time I had to listen to her tell her friend about her other friend who doesn't have a job is spending money on a kids birthday party. It would have been understandable if her call was a work call, but she was on her cell phone on a personal call. It would have been ok if she at least would of put her phone down and did her job. Instead every person who walked in the store had to listen to her loud mouth gossip. I didn't end up buying cigarettes, the whole reason I went there, and just got out as fast as possible. I won't be back. If this is the type of people racetrac hires, there are plenty of other places to buy the things they offer.

The last time I was there, the pump didn't work properly. I couldn't tell if my tank was full, so I was only able to fill the tank about 3/4 full. Then they didn't have receipt paper at the pump. I don't return to gas stations that waste my time by forcing me to come inside for a receipt.

Store manager RICARDO denied an African American of a purchase due to an expired license although proof was shown by online renewal that he held a valid license and was in fact an almost 40yr old gentleman. RICARDO then proceeded to make a sell of tobacco to the next customer without asking for i.d. When another young lady came in to make a purchase whom was also African American he refused the sell for being a 2nd hand transaction YET when the Caucasian woman came in to make a purchase of a 12pck of bud Light he never asked for i.d and went forward with making the sell which according to what he told the African Americans WAS ILLEGAL as a second hand transaction being that the same purchase was INDEED for the same African American couple. He should be fired or demoted for discrimination and also as a manager ALL RULES should be enforced to ALL customers and not just whom he picks and chooses to deem fit. He showed poor customer service by arguing in front of customers and visually prooved he was discriminating against the African Americans compared to the way he treated the caucasians that accompanied them.

Dumb workers. She was breastfeeding her child when I came in to buy a black and mild. I dont know if thats legal but if gays can get married then idk what should be illegal.
