A co-worker highly recommended Racetrack, so I actually drove 35 minutes from Salisbury, MD to have this shop take care of my vehicle - it was definitely worth it! They are very fair, and Ray is great. They worked with my schedule to get the needed inspection and repairs completed quickly. While I was in the shop, they treated every customer that came in with kindness and respect. I will definitely be taking my vehicles to Racetrack in the future.

These guys take good care of my vehicles and customer service is very friendly.  Been going here for many years and won go anywhere else.

When my car broke down during my vacation I panicked who to call, where to go to get my car fixed.  Per a referral, I called Racetrack Auto, and I'm sure glad I did.  I spoke to Troy initially, he was so nice and told me he would help me out to bring my car in immediately.  I was told by the owner, George that there was good news and bad news.  The bad news, I needed a new throttle, the good news he called Ford and found that my issue was covered by a recall and I would pay nothing to get it fixed.  George also arranged my car to get towed to a local Ford dealership and upon completion of the work he arranged to have my car towed back to my vacation home.  Thank you Racetrack auto for your honesty and fantastic customer service.  I've already told many people to call you if they need a reputable place to get their car fixed.

Excellent customer service. Car finished when promised. Car returned detailed inside and out. Fun crew to deal with.

Don't expect them to help you when you run out of gas.. left me stranded on the side of the road at 2am... said it would cost 65 dollars and cost of the gas... dispatcher says I can't get a hold of my drivers, but I'll have a driver call you back and no call back... at least tell me the truth so I'm not waiting on the side of the road with a pregnant wife and 5 year old child while the drunks zoom by us... saw a AA east coast tow truck go by, gave him a wave and 40 dollars later he towed me to the closest gas station. And I used to use racetrack as my designated tow agent for the condominium I work at, but now I am switching to AA east coast. Looks like you'll be losing more than 65 dollars racetrack auto. Thanks for nothing!
