Rachel did a lovely job and was very helpful, and worked within my budget. I placed an order for same day delivery and everything was great, and the recipient was very pleased. I will definitely use her again.

Very unprofessional and does not communicate well whatsoever. I visited the store in person to discuss her doing the flowers for my wedding and she ensured me that she could do all the arrangements for a certain price. I then emailed her six photos of what I wanted for the wedding arrangements and she stated that she would have a definite price for me the next week. During this time, I canceled the florist I had booked in Chattanooga, TN. For weeks I called asking to know how much everything was going to cost but she kept telling me to call back next week. One of those times I asked to know what flowers I would be receiving for the wedding and she stated that giving that information as well as a price quote was an unusual request. Three weeks before my wedding she finally tells me the flowers she was planning on ordering and they were completely wrong. She stated that she looked at the first picture I emailed her but did not look at the rest because there were too many. Nine days before my wedding day she informs me that she could not do the flowers for my wedding at the price she promised me from the beginning and that for her to do the flowers it would be over triple the original amount. This amount was double the price of the florist in Chattanooga. After telling me that the price would be triple the amount she canceled and said she could no longer do the flowers for my wedding. This was honestly the worst customer service I have ever received from a business.

My order was never del. and when i called to complain they said it was del. and hung up the phone i want order from them ever.
