I have always had very positive experiences with Dr. Stearnes. She is compassionate and kind, and what I value above all is that she truly listens. I feel very in control of the decisions being made for the benefit of my health, and I couldn't ask for a better doctor to help me navigate health care.

Dr. Stearnes is wonderful. She is caring & really takes her time listening to my needs. She has referred me to specialty physicians as the need has arisen. My kids also see her & love her. Would highly recommend as a great whole family physician.

I went to see Rachel Stearnes at the Methodist Physicians Clinic in Council Bluffs and my experience with her was very disappointing. She was very unprofessional. She was rude to me. She acted a bit judgemental and was anything but caring or understanding.
I needed antibiotics the last time I saw her. It was confirmed that I needed them hours before she finished her schedule. I was told that she would handle it around 5:00 pm. She didn't get me that prescription. I had to get antibiotics through another doctor. I waited all day for her to skip over her duties for her own personal convenience. After her making rude comments to me and then pulling this stunt, I am convinced she is a selfish bully.
