I'm a single Father of 5 beautiful children on a limited income, so most of my shoe shopping is done at other places where the cost of the shoes are cheap, therefore, the shoes are cheaply made. However, I went into Rack Room Shoes in Easley, SC the other day. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help finding anything. After explaining what I needed to the Manager, he led me to a pair of shoes that he thought would work for me. Ultimately, I walked out of the store with the most comfortable pair of shoes that I've ever worn and shoes for 3 of my children. I've since went back and purchased the other pairs, and because of their in Store sales, my Military discount, and the utilization of my points from their Rewards program, I walked out with two pairs of shoes and my wallet wasn't coughing dust. Based on the Customer Service, each Employees professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy, they've got a customer for life.

You're not going to get a good deal in Pickens County South Carolina they will raise the prices and tell you buy one get one half off when the fact of the matter is these prices are still much higher than Academy Walmart or Dick's Sporting Goods or kubalas they are cheating you I guess that's okay if they treat you nice and talk nice to you they can charge you twice for one pair of shoes and give you one pair for free and that price will be much higher than anybody else I have been to most stores in Easley and Pickens County it is all the same they will cheat you they will lie even when buying gravel they will cheat you on price and the employees at the store even told me that I should not have been charged that much I do not purchase anything in Pickens County any longer these people are Baptist Nazis Liars before God and cheats and Liars to their neighbors and friends and customers

Chadonya & Alfredia will assist you expertly!  They both went out of their way to make sure our children found the correct size - not an easy task, given differences in fit between brands.
