The cleanest and most organized Rack Room I have ever been too.

The shoes are pretty standard. I've bought shoes here before, and the shoes are okay. The service- wow, is it non-existent. I stopped in 30 minutes before close just to see if they had a very specific kind of shoe. It would have taken 15 minutes tops to see the shoe, try it on, and buy. Of 3 employees, not one spoke to me at all until I was leaving. One was vacuuming- totally fine for half an hour before close!- and one was behind the counter. That guy just looked at me. I passed the third employee, a woman, as she came out from the back. To be fair, maybe this third person assumed her coworkers had greeted me or asked me if I needed help (Spoiler: I did). The employees stood behind the counter and just watched me walk down every aisle to check myself (which would be fine if I weren't trying to hustle because closing was soon). On my way out I knocked into some boxes because the guy vacuuming was in the exit aisle. The guy kept vacuuming. No one moved or spoke until I'd gotten down to picked them up, when vacuum guy bent and grabbed a few. When I stood, embarassed, and headed for the door I got my first contact by the woman saying, "Have a nice night!" Total time in store: 6 minutes. I actually had time to write this whole post in the parking lot. Towards the end of the night, customer service is super important. If I'd been greeted, I would have been there less than a minute and left content with the experience. Instead I feel dismissed and resented. Not cool, Rack Room. I guess I'll only come back if I feel up to being resented.

Went there at 8:45pm and the doors were already locked with people still shopping in the store.

Went to buy 4 pairs of shoes for gifts however when my elderly mother needed to use the bathroom they "didnt have one". Need to fix that issue rack room. Buying shoes takes time and people need tonuse the bathroom. Purchased elsewhere and will not be back.

Went to buy me and my son some shoes. There was no staff to help us and when we went to check out, everyone was behind the counter either talking with one another or on their phone. Very disappointed. Will probably never go back
