They do not even deserve the one star I've given them. Terrible customer service, awful communication and a the owner seemed enjoy our dissatisfaction. A quick google search lead me to Rad Air. There are so many other choices in the area I could have went with and should have went with. I just don't understand why it is so hard it is to be friendly and communicate professionally. Chuck, If my routine service was not enough for you and your bottom line then you should have just told me to go somewhere else. If I am asking to schedule an appointment with you and you say "1" why would I assume that means you take lunch at 1. Extremely strange, unfriendly, unprofessional phone call should have been enough of a red flag.

So I called to schedule an appointment. I reached who I assume is the owner (Chuck) and he mumbles something about 8 the next morning. I say my wife is bringing it in and is looking for something in the afternoon, he grunts 1 (pm) I said great, explained what the car needed and that was pretty much it. Kind of a weird phone conversation but that doesn't mean he doesn't know how to rotate a tires and do an oil change, right?

Well, my wife shows up at 12:45pm with our 2 year old in tow. Guy says, I told your husband we take lunch at 1. She is like uhm okay and gives him the keys thinking they will work on it soon, like right after lunch. She kills time for 90 minutes walking around town with our son. When she heads back to the shop to see the car is coming along, it is untouched. Annoyed she asked for the keys back. She calls me telling me what the deal was and how the owner reacted, basically laughing at her. Very unprofessional to say the least. If you can't get to the car then say it. It is that simple. First time in my life I have taken the time to give a bad review. Awful.

Just had auto  repair work completed. Work compleyed on time, courteous staff. Owner Chuck explained what was wrong, & how they would fix it. Wish I would have come here 1st

Chuck and the Rad Air Medina team did a great job for me.  They fixed  the air-conditioning in my car when two other companies could not figure out the problem.   I know very little about cars and Chuck took the time to explain the problem, how it was fixed, and that the job is warrantied.  He answered all my questions in a friendly and easy to understand manner - he really knows cars!. All the folks there are very polite and helpful.  I have recommended  Rad Air Medina to my family and friends and they are all happy with the service.

Chuck was great, he got me in and got my car fixed in the time promised. I've uses Radair for years and trust no one else with my cars!
