After I waited for my taxi 40 minutes after being told it would be 5 minutes. My taxi driver Mark Minardi yells to neighbor to keep the neighborhood WHITE. Never in my life as afro Latina have I experienced anything like this.

This company is illegal. This is not Rio Taxi. You type Rio Taxi and Google sends you to an illegal company. The yellow cab in the pictures does not exist.

Poor response to fares. Called at 7:30AM to arrange pick up at 9:30AM. Was asked to call back at 9AM. Called at 9AM and set pickup at 9:30AM. At 9:40AM there was no car and after 7 calls I made it through to the dispatch. They said the car would be there in 10 minutes (20 minutes late). I declined and selected a different service.

They are very fast and reliable. The best alternate to Rio's.

the guy told me no cars were available even though it was a slow time of day and when i asked when they would be available he hung up on me. he probably just didn't want to bother with my fare. screw this place.
