Horrible experience. I had an in-depth phone discussion with an employee on Friday about needing a combiner, not just a splitter, for a TV. I was absolutely clear on what I needed and he claimed he understood. He told me they had what I needed so I drove two hours Monday to pick it up. All they had was a splitter only. I had been absolutely clear with the employee I had talked to Friday that most were splitters only, that I needed one that was in/out on all three ports. I could not have been clearer. He could not have been clearer that that was what they were holding for me. When I looked at the part Monday, it was obvious it was a splitter only. The employee Monday said he's worked there for years, that they've never carried a combiner (or combo splitter/combiner).

Great Customer service.  Helpful friendly staff.  I was looking for a small part to fix my tablet charger and they were able to recommend something that worked great.

I visited this Radioshack and needed help with an electronics project but didn't know it yet. The staff saw me looking troubled and helped me immensely in figuring out what I needed and even gave me some tips for how to go about it! RadioShack can be a little overpriced compared to buying electronics from China, but you can't beat the personal touch that you receive at this particular location.

I do wish that they had a larger selection of hobbyist electronics like logic level MOSFETs for example. They only have a few pre-made kits for the Arduino and Raspberry Pi. This means that you are just about forced to purchase electronics like that online if you need anything beyond the basic. I will say that their selection of switches and buttons is far superior to anywhere else in Bozeman at the time of this writing.
