The hotel on the outside looks a little dated, but the rooms are great.  We stayed two nights since we did the park and cruise package.  The staff are super friendly and helpful!  Christine and Roland were very nice.  The lady organizing the shuttle to the ports was very nice, helpful and efficient.  So many people going on cruises and she got us there!!  Definitely recommend.  We enjoyed the nice heated pool too!!

The only problem I had with Radisson is room service moved a little slow and the kitchen.  I know it probably was because it was so so busy during my stay. But other than that. I love it. I would recommend them ALL THE TIME. The front desk clerks were awesome.  The guy that helped me take my things down to the car was super awesome.  There pool is awesome.  And they have a game room.  And the beds are to relaxing and the rooms were clean and very complimentive. I love it.

We had a good overnight stay.This looks like an older Florida hotel on the outside, but the inside is very updated. We had the cruise parking package. Unfortunately, the bus ended up being about an hour late and it was very chaotic. The people were very nice and the pool area looks good from what I could tell.

We had a king room.  The room was clean, but the bed was awful!!  It was lumpy and hard as a rock.  Others in our party mentioned that as well.  The front desk was rude, especially one lady who snubbed us upon check in and again the next morning.  When we stepped to the counter she never looked up, for three minutes she continued her computer entry then walked away without even a look up.  She did the same thing the next morning.  We waited for an hour for our room to be ready, waiting on a text message that we never got and finally had to go back to the counter.  Another desk clerk was quite hateful to us as well.  A large dose of customer service training would go along way here.  Not sure I would stay here again.  It is close to the port so it's convenient for cruisers and they do have a nice pool.

Smooth check-in process, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Pretty much exactly what you are looking for while staying near the cruise port.

The swimming pool is beautiful and there are a few different options- wading pool, hot tub, waterfalls, general pool area- all pretty packed the entire time we were here, but what do you expect? We are a mile from a Disney cruise port the day before a ship leaves. 

Love the location. Had no problem getting to local food, grocery, pharmacy.
