We had a reservation for this hotel and switched it to another. It looks like it was once a nice hotel, but the new management that took over nine months ago seems to be determined to run it into the ground. They perpetually have key card issues that no one bothers to fix. We stepped into our room in the first floor and rushed back out as it smelled profoundly of mold and must. Glad we were able to switch!

We stayed at the Radisson from 8/3/17 to 8/6/17. This hotel is in a great location for a lot of the parks and restaurants but we had so much trouble with the key cards, air conditioning, maid service. We had a total of 9 key cards made and none of them worked. Finally they made another set of three and one worked. We were on the 2nd floor and slept with the balcony door open to cool down the room. Opened the front door for air circulation. Had to call several times for towels and finally went to front desk to get them. We have stayed here before with excellent service. Don't know what's going on but we will never stay here again. Other reviews show that these problems have been going on for some time. Question? Why hasn't it been corrected?

The pool area is very nice and has 1 large pool with 1 spa. Gift shop is in the lobby and has a lot of cool items. Very clean and tidy rooms with regular cleaning that's well done. Located in a good area that's close to a lot of attractions and restaurants/cafes/bakeries.

Very good experience. The rooms are massive perfect if you need space. The only problem I had was that the bathroom door wouldn't lock because it cuts short by a few mm. But other than that a great stay.

The positive part is that there are great food and entertainment choices next to the hotel. The ambience in the patio and pool area seem nice. I had difficulty with the room key card. Went three times to the desk to get new ones. The screen for the patio door was torn/broken. And the forst room I was placed in was not cooling down. Thermostat can't be at cooler than 68* and it was still very stuffy. After a room change, because the door and key entry wasn't working (and neither was the phone so again had to walk to the front desk), the room was much cooler. The building didn't seem very well maintained.
