I took two items to Rady and Deem Cleaners; one was a $160.00 winter jacket and the other was a $470.00 dress coat.

I had to leave town due to very important business and was gone longer than  expected. 

When I returned to Clarksburg, I remembered my items and went to the cleaners to pick them up. I was given the jacket, but was told  that the coat was donated to some organ-ization for the homeless. I can understand a homeless person wearing a warm, comfort-able, bulky, winter jacket every day, but not a $470.00 dress coat!

I understand that if merchandise is left at the cleaners over a certain amount of time, then the owners don't have to hold on to it, but the jacket and coat were taken to the cleaners 
at the SAME time!  Why wasn't my jacket given away? My inexpensive winter jacket was stored away, while my expensive coat was donated? That doesn't make sense!

I left a number of messages for the owner to call me back, after I was told that my coat was donated and he NEVER returned my phone calls...real nice guy, don't you think?

The tailor here is incredible, he takes the time to measure everything perfectly and knows exactly what he is doing. I would highly recommend this place!
