We have used Rafael Florist through the years for consistent, reliable, beautiful fresh flower arrangements. Rafael Florist did a beautiful job for our wedding. The church in Corte Madera were we were married is not very ornate and Rafael Florist created an amazing transformation with beautiful fresh flower arrangements and other decorations. They were responsive and accommodating and delivered beautiful arrangements and decorations and excellent service at a great value. Great job!

The man who answered put me on hold right away. After waiting 15 minutes, they hang up the phone.I called back and he told me they were not making deliveries because the driver called in sick. What kind of customer service is this??

The flowers are gorgeous and the service impeccable. I spoke to Sam and he took my request after unexpected events forced me to make a last-minute order. He was very kind and understanding and he recommended the best flowers for the occasion. This was an especially important birthday gift and ordering it from out of the country could have made the process onerous. Instead, these people went out of their way to make it easy-breezy. It felt very much like I had handed the bouquet over in person with much warmth and love. MORE POWER TO YOU!!!
