The baked chicken was good but sum what dry and the beans and rice was OK but the steak was dry and over cooked. It took 2 1/2 hours to get my delivery after I called over and over. After raising two kinds of hell I spoke with the owner and she promised a free meal on her. That delivery only took a hour and 10 minutes and everything was excellent. So in summary I would say the food is good just be aware its a long delivery wait.
There should be a "no stars" option for awful restaurants like this one. Never order delivery from this restaurant. Delivery took over two hours and the woman who answered the phone was rude, the delivery driver didn't have the decency to apologize. The food was cold upon arrival. Will be contacting management and will be telling my friends and family and everyone else to NOT order from this establishment. I'm normally not one to complain or even write reviews and for these people I wanted to make it known that I have never in my life been so unsatisfied with food and service. Highly advise against this restaurant. Don't do delivery if you can't actually deliver. We could have saved a lot of time by just going to pick it up ourselves. That wouldn't have been a problem had they simply called and told us.
As similar post has been made about this restaurant it took well over two hours for our food to actually be delivered however the lady who answered the phone wasn't rude just kept saying the driver is on his way and ten minutes every time we called back to check up on the order. Don't order from this restaurant please waste of time especially if your really hungry!
First of all, the women who picked up the phone put me on hold three times and asked me the same question three times, clearly there is no communication or sense of teamwork. Then after an hour and 20 mins I called back to ask what the hold up for my food was and the person who picked up for upset because I asked where my food was! The service is horrrrrible! I will never again order from this place. The ONLY person that actually helped me was the owner Rafaelina, I wish you the best of luck with your business but you need better customer service.
Really great food, I order from this place all the time. Sometimes the deliveries are late, but they are reasonable and always polite.
I would put zero stars if I could. Ordered food at 9:16pm and it just now showed up at 11:22. No call, no warning. They told us it would be here by 10:1-10:30. First and last time ordering from here.
wow...its now surpassing the 2 hour mark since I've placed my order. I called 45 min ago and the person said she was busy - the delivery person already left. I just tried calling now and no one is picking up...like hell I'm accepting this order.
Over 2 hours for delivery is rediculous. Won't be ordering from here again. If you can't handle delivery then don't offer it!
