I enjoyed sampling the coffee right there in store. The Guatemala Coffee had a citrus flavor that I really enjoyed. Can't wait to try the midnight oil tomorrow morning! The business owner is very attentive and roasts the beans right there in store. Its smells great! Also, he says thank his wife for the cool design she is the creative one. I love that not only is he brave enough to open a small business of his own but gives credit where credit is due.
Just got my first bag from the monthly roasters choice subscription. This is excellent, they send it just under a week old so you can try it without having to wait for the degassing. This is delicious, we are loving it and I cannot wait to try more. I am so glad I finally signed up and get to support a proper local roaster. I look forward to more. This is great. Price is very fair, shipping is really fast. Product is top tier.
Ragged Coffe is has the freshest and highest quality coffee in the area! Larry and Jamie are wonderful people, very warm and welcoming! Definitely recommend the Ethiopian and new, Mexico beans they are amazing!
Our family was in town for a wedding and were so excited to find a local roaster with GREAT coffee! Larry was so welcoming. He brewed us each pour overs of our choice even though it was a few minutes before closing- So gracious. I had an Ethiopian bean and it was phenomenally roasted and brewed! I highly recommend stopping by to get yourself some freshly roasted beans!!
I love Ragged Coffee because they’re local, made in the US and the coffee taste the best. We’ve had Ragged Coffee at many of our local events and everybody always loves the taste. I personally, love the fact it’s low calories but still taste really good. If you haven’t already tried it you’re missing out. Also, stop by their location! The coffee is roasted fresh every time- last time I went there they had Dave Chappelle roasting the beans, best jokes I’ve heard in a long time.
As others have mentioned...the owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable, providing a wonderful buying experience. To add on to the experience the coffee is outstanding! I tried the Ethiopian first and it is definitely worth the short trip to the shop if you're in the area. The only downside is that you can't have ready made coratados or lattes.. maybe in the future *hint hint
We were visiting Tampa for a wedding and needed a boost of energy. Thank goodness we found this roaster! Not only did we get our energy boost, the coffee was also delicious! Do yourself a favor and pick up some of this delicious coffee! Next time I'm in Tampa I'll be sure to stop by.
