Rahway Recreation center offers a number of programs/services (paid as well as free) for kids and adults which includes Yoga, Zumba, knitting, fitness fun, arts & craft, and so on. They have a few absolutely free programs for senior citizens.
I enrolled my little one for some classes and I noticed how approachable and friendly their entire staff is. The instructors are unbelievably sweet with the kids.. 
This place is all nice, clean and tidy. Plenty of rooms for fitness training, basket ball, zumba/yoga. 
Their recent event -The Taste of Spring was amazing.

I always appreciate that the rec has clean bathrooms, and awesome staff. 
Taste of Spring was a great event, definitely doing this again next year
