These guys have been sitting on my job, a septic tank installation, it has just been sitting there. They are doing absolutely nothing. They did not install according to the plans then tried to tell me it was my fault. Do not use these people under any circumstances!

Came out same day, receptionist was very nice and helpful and the two guys who did the work were professional, informative and very courteous.  Prices were fair, especially for the excellent service.

They were late almost 6 hours appointment for 11:00 to 12:00 and show up at 5:30 PM and then when they handed it the invoice they had triple the amount that  they had on the quote,  they are very tricky  and when I told them no I will not pay that amount they  threat me to dump back my load in my septic tank  I told them that I will call the police and they lower the bill I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMENDED THIS COMPANY OR A.R.F. Septic Tank Cleaner they worked together

I don't like calling anyone to take care of anything as I try to fix things myself. However, the headaches I had were too much and Raider Rooter did an amazing job. The people are honest, timely and professional.

They were quick to respond to my e-mail asking about quote for pumping out our septic tank.  Most helpful and courteous and they showed up right on time.  The technician was very professional and courteous offering helpful advice.
