Avoid this places if you want to save the aggravation I used to take my car there every other week , it wasn’t a decent job but they vacuum my car and I was happy with that. Last time that went there I have my speaker Alexa with me and I placed in the back so to see if they would clean the sit nothing but they stole my speaker...didn’t took the garbage from the back sit but took the speaker...🙃..I went there to ask for it, appear to happen that no one knows anything, gave me bunch of different excuses , the Manager didn’t have accessibility to the camera , the owner is not here, a bunch of bulshit but no one knew anything...I filled a police report and I also filled a complaint with the department of boarding licensing in RI...cause I trusted this places. And that is not cool!!!

Avoid this place if you want decent customer service! Note: this review is regarding the treatment and apathy from an employee, *not* their schedule.

I called on the morning of Christmas Eve and they said that they were open (miraculously!). I called specifically because I could not go before 4 o'clock but wanted my interior cleaned quick before a long drive the next day; he said that they would be open until 6:00 p.m... I arrived at 4:30 p.m. to find that they had just closed and 3 people in the waiting room. I went into the waiting room and 2 young men sitting in there said nothing to me until I asked them if they worked there. One of them responded "yeah but we're closed now". When I mentioned that I was under the impression, from calling earlier, that they were open until 6:00 p.m. he said, while pointing to the neon 'open' sign in the window, "yeah well when we are open the open sign is on but it's off now". I asked if he knew anywhere else I could go and, rather than being helpful, was extremely dismissive and rude. I asked if he could get the manager so i could ask him where else may be open and the employee's response was, with faux surprise "Oh, did you see him somewhere?" - when I said "yes, he was here in this room when I pulled up, I saw him" he was very reluctant to get him.  Oozing with attitude and apathy, the entire interaction was stressful and very disappointing. The manager was at least somewhat understanding though not helpful in solving my dilemma (which is fine, I didn't expect him to know where else I could go). It is fairly upsetting that there was a possibility that they would close early and didn't mention it when I called...even when I acknowledged that it was Christmas Eve and was surprised they'd be open so late. I may have been able to switch around my schedule if I had known. But the real complaint here is lack of customer service. I had planned to get a full detail here after the holiday but now I will definitely not be back, even for a basic wash.

Great price and really fast. Plus the car was spotless after being covered Head To Toe with salt. Definitely will visit again.

Power washer down for weeks. Always a problem here. Waiting in a vicious line no customer service building has a for lease sale on it
