We had our irrigation system started up. Josh was our technician, he was on time and very polite. We have used Rain One for 12 years. They are an amazing company.

We are so impressed with Rain One! This company is professional, reasonably priced and employs super nice, hard working people! We interviewed many contractors — mostly plumbers – to get this job estimated and scheduled. Having seen the competition, we appreciate Rain One’s professionalism. They’ve done a million of these jobs, and they have developed an excellent system. The estimator, Jeff Schmidt, knew exactly what our problems were and how to solve them. He emailed us an estimate within an hour. Within a day or two we had signed a contract and our job was scheduled for the following week. We were impressed with his depth of knowledge, professionalism and quick responses. The large crew showed up with a Ditch Witch, a vibratory plow with a sod cutter, and lots of shovels. In areas where the Ditch Witch couldn’t go, the crew excavated by hand . . . and they didn’t charge us extra for the hand digging. They tunneled under our sidewalk and cement paths instead of breaking up the concrete as some other companies had planned to do. The team leader, Bobby Pickett, was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Jeff had told us the crew could do our job in a few hours, but I was astonished to see how fast they were. And you can barely see where they replaced the sod after the pipe was laid. To test the new system, they ran a hose into the downspout shoe furthest from the street, and I was delighted to see water coming out the hole that had been cut in our curb. Before they left, Bobby gave us a lovely gift and thank you card, and the crew cleaned off our driveway and walkways. If we ever move, we will call Rain One to deal with the exterior piping in the new house. They are terrific!

Rain One Irrigation & Drainage has been providing service to my Powell, Ohio property for well over 5 years. Their service is exemplary! The technicians are honest, hard working & very knowledgeable about the ins & outs of irrigation & they ALWAYS arrive at the scheduled time. They fix it the first time...Every time! We feel that Rain One is fair & competitive with their rates & we recommend them highly! They are a pleasure to do business with!

George did an excellent job. For some time I had tried to get a job done. He came and completely fixed the problem in just a short time. He was very organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. A pleasure to do business with him.

Front office people are very friendly and courteous. The technicians all know their stuff (even on a very outdated irrigation system like ours). A few years ago, after we gave up with another irrigation company, I decided on Rain1. The first master plumber to come out spent 3 days fixing our entire (broken) system. It works great now. Spring startup/Fall shutdown are a breeze, and the backflow test is always done on time, with results sent by Rain1 to the city. We appreciate the great service!
